COVID-19 RESPONSE

IMPACT ON DOMAIN RENEWAL SERVICES
Annual Domain renewals are processes by our Domain Registrar who will operate on a skeleton staff over the next three weeks. Invoices for domains due for renewal on 01 April 2020 will be sent out by the 27th of March 2020. We, therefore, implore affected domain owners to make payment for the renewal of their domain by 12 pm on the 3rd of April 2020. We make this plea because due to the skeleton staff at the Domain Registrar, Scearp Digital WILL NOT be able to override or delay any suspension of any domain for which payment is not received. A suspended domain means that websites and emails will stop functioning until the domain is successfully renewed at the Registrar. Please note that your domain is only affected if you have received a renewal invoice by the 27th of March 2020.

IMPACT ON DOMAIN AND EMAIL HOSTING SERVICES
There is no impact on Domain and Email Hosting services. Services and billing, therefore, will continue as usual.

IMPACT ON INTERNET DATA SERVICES ON VOIP TELEPHONY SERVICES
There is no impact on internet data services (LTEA Services or ADSL services) and on VoIP Telephony Service. Services and billing, therefore, will continue as usual.

IMPACT ON SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Social Media Management services will continue at the direction of contracted Clients and include the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google My Business.

IMPACT ON GOOGLE ADWORDS, FACEBOOK ADVERTISEMENTS, AND INSTAGRAM ADVERTISEMENT SERVICES (Ad Services)
All Ad services are hereby suspended and will resume at 12 pm on the 17th April 2020 (pending further lock-down notification). Billing for current Ad delivery up until 24 March 2020 will be sent out by the 27th March 2020 and is due on the 03rd of April 2020.

IMPACT ON GRAPHIC DESIGN AND PRINT SERVICES
Graphic Design services will continue as per usual HOWEVER all printing services including all Signage, Posters, Letterhead, Flyers, Business Cards are hereby suspended till 8 am on the 17th April 2020. Billing for Graphic Design services, therefore, will continue as usual.

IMPACT ON WEBSITE AND E-COMMERCE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
Website and E-commerce development and the associated maintenance services will continue uninterrupted. Billing, therefore, will continue as usual.
